Founder Director & Chairman, with 15+ years of experience across various professional, administrative and legal domains. Practising Advocate at the High Court, providing strategic leadership, institutional guidance and direction to the Foundation. He oversees and guides the Foundation’s overall activities across its various objectives, with a particular focus on organizational development, strategic planning, legal and administrative affairs, education, skill development, women and child welfare, environmental initiatives, community development, and other social welfare programmes. He also provides strategic guidance in programme development, implementation, institutional partnerships and community engagement, while supporting the Foundation’s Human Rights & Legal Awareness initiatives.

She provides strategic leadership and guidance in education, women empowerment, capacity building and community development programmes of the Foundation. She plays an active role in programme planning, institutional development and community engagement, with a focus on inclusive education, social empowerment and sustainable community development.

National Executive Director & Director – Art, Culture, Heritage, 15+ years of experience in the fields of art, sculpture, heritage and creative development. A graduate of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, He brings a rich blend of artistic experience, cultural understanding and creative leadership to the Foundation. He provides executive leadership and strategic direction to Pritisuman Foundation, while spearheading initiatives that promote art, culture, heritage, traditional craftsmanship and creative skill development. His work focuses on nurturing artistic talent, preserving cultural expressions, encouraging community participation and creating opportunities for creative and livelihood-oriented development.

National Director – Child, Senior Citizen & Disability Welfare, 30+ years of distinguished experience in public administration and community-oriented initiatives. A Retired Gazetted Officer of the Government of Bihar, he brings extensive experience in administration, programme coordination, institutional engagement and public service. At Pritisuman Foundation, he provides strategic leadership in planning, implementation, field coordination and monitoring of welfare initiatives for children, senior citizens and persons with disabilities. He also contributes to community outreach, institutional partnerships and effective implementation of the Foundation’s social development programmes, with a strong focus on inclusion, dignity and the welfare of vulnerable and underserved communities.

National Director – Human Resources, Administration, CSR & Partnerships, 15+ years of diverse professional experience across media, human resources, marketing and social services. She provides strategic leadership in human resource development, administrative management, CSR engagement and institutional partnerships. She plays a key role in building organizational capacity, developing strategic collaborations, strengthening stakeholder relationships and supporting resource mobilization for the Foundation’s social development initiatives. She also contributes her experience in media and marketing to enhance the Foundation’s outreach, visibility and engagement with communities, institutions and potential partners.

National Director – Human Rights & Legal Aid and Practicing Advocate at the Patna High Court, with 15+ years of professional experience across diverse legal and social domains. He provides strategic guidance to the Foundation’s human rights, legal awareness and access-to-justice initiatives, with a focus on promoting constitutional rights, legal literacy, equality, dignity and justice for vulnerable and disadvantaged communities. He also contributes to legal awareness programmes, community outreach, rights-based initiatives and institutional engagement aimed at strengthening access to justice and social empowerment.

National Director – Environment & Green Earth Initiative, 25+ years of diverse professional experience and a strong commitment to environmental protection, community welfare and sustainable development. He provides strategic leadership and guidance for the Foundation’s environmental initiatives, including tree plantation, environmental awareness, green community development and conservation-oriented programmes. He guides the planning and implementation of Green Earth initiatives, community participation and sustainability-focused activities, with the vision of creating greener, healthier and more sustainable communities.
